Light blue = ambiant pressure / Dark blue = process pressur

Cycle 1: Ambiant air is drawn into blower |

Cycle 2: Air is trapped in blower housing at ambiant pressure |

|
Cycle 3: Pressurized air from process pressurizes air procket (via return channel) |
|
|
Cycle 4: Air is forced through process and cycle is repeated on opposite rotor side. |
