Aerzen Positive Displacement Blowers Accessories
Aerzen turnkey packages incorporate a number of standard, proven components such as motors, silencers, relief valve, etc. specifically designed to work with our positive displacement blowers. In most cases, existing Aerzen blower packages can easily accommodate or be modified (retro-fit) to accept these components.
Our engineers will assist you in finding the best solution. In some cases, Aerzen accessories can be retrofitted to upgrade blower packages supplied by other manufacturers. We also custom engineer components to meet special needs. Other options: Instrumentation packages, control panels and starters, filtration upgrades, etc.

- Inlet filter/silencer
1) Washable filter element. Easily removable internal parts. Provides immediate access to rotor chamber without silencer removal.
Filter is downstream of silencer to avoid process contamination from silencer packing materials.
Pre-engineered for both local and piped air intakes. |
- Filter maintenance indicator
| 2) Filter maintenance indicator monitors filter condition, eliminating guess work. |
- Pressure gauge
| 3) Indicates precise discharge pressure, liquid filled for long life; includes isolation ball valve. |
- Belt drive and guard
| 4) Fully automatic self-tensioning belt drive, insures minimum load on blower and motor bearings, and low maintenance. Guard is OSHA approved, and corrosion proof. Easily removed to access drive components. |

| 5) Reliable spring-loaded, full flow design. Specifically designed for low pressure applications. Corrosion proof materials. |
- Discharge flexible connector
| 6) Reinforced rubber, downstream of discharge silencer, to reduce transmission of structure-borne vibrations. Special clamps ensure uniform tightening. |

| 7) Fully mechanical design with optional solenoid valve. Allows the use of soft-start controls. Pressure and vacuum regulators also available. |

- Discharge silencer/base
| 9) Compact, massive and hydrostatically certified baseframe supports the machine and acts as a discharge silencer shell internals are strictly metallic, the absence of accoustic packing eliminates the risk of downstream process contamination. Port for inspection/cleaning. |
- Acoustic hood - noise reduction
10) Covers the entire package. Typical attenuation is fourfold, i.e. 20db. Certified, tested performance. Includes mechanical fan. Quick release panels permit easy access. Both indoor and outdoor enclosures are available. Panels are galvanized and powder coated. Acoustic upgrades are available. Base is executed as an oil drip pan. Delivered completly assembled.
